HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY: ORDERS PLACED NOVEMBER 15TH CAN BE EXCHANGED UP TO JANUARY 15TH OR 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE. **REMINDER SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS.
FAMILIA DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, HOWEVER EXCHANGES FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCT OR STORE CREDIT IS AVAILABLE ON ORDERS PLACED BOTH IN-STORE AND ONLINE. *SHIPPING COST IS EXCLUDED.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. To complete your exchange, please write or reference original order number.
Please note that, You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges/returns.
If the product arrives smelling of detergent, cologne, cigarettes, natural herbs, or body odor, the exchange will be voided.
Please do not send your purchase back to without prior authorization. All orders returned without prior authorization will be subject to a restocking fee in adition to the purchase price of the goods excluding shipping and tax.
There are certain situations where exchanges are ineligible:
- Any item not in its original condition, is used/worn, damaged or missing tags etc.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after purchase. (Without prior agreement)
- Sale items are final and not available for exchange.
Exchanges or returns for store credit within 15 DAYS of purchase date. Items must be UNSED/UNWORN with original box & tags. VOID IF TAGS ARE REMOVED! Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if exchange needs to occur. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ALL CLOSEOUT SALE ITEMS FINAL! No returns/exchanges on closeout items.
