Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, tracking number(s) will be provided. We are not responsible for any packages once carrier services have completed drop off. Please make sure you or someone is home for arrival.

Familia nor carrier services are not liable for stolen/unattended packages after delivery.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES, ALL ORDERS WILL BE CANCELED

UPS does not deliver to to PO BOXES, please provide a physical address. If we feel any order may be fraudulent we will contact you, if there is no response or proper documentation cannot be provided we will cancel the order.

All Military APO addresses please contact us either before or about your order placed, since the orders are usually from unique IP addresses its looks fraudulent and will be canceled unless we are notified. These orders will be shipped only via USPS and any customs duty, taxes, etc will be on you.  

Shipping for exchanges will not be refunded, customer is responsible for shipping charges.
